Our reputation is built on fast delivery and our special recipe shakes. We kept experiencing a breakdown in our milkshake machine which was a big disappointment for customers. Our previous facility service provider was constantly out applying short-term fixes. When we started with QCCS (now Elite Maintenance Service), they proactively came out and reviewed the machine operations from end to end to understand the root cause of the repeated breakdowns.
